The M14.ca "HBA" offers a secondary, one inch higher fixed scope position precluding the need for aftermarket cheek risers on scoped M14s using a Blackfeather RS stock. 
Notably,the HBA markedly changes felt recoil due to its higher position central to the M14's boreline thrust, in turn, mitigating muzzle rise.
